The Residence Conca Verde in Trarego Viggiona (Lago Maggiore) is a completly new high quality construction with wonderful pool. It consists of 7 holiday apartments: 2 one-room-apartments, 1one-room-apartment with sleeping gallery, 2 two-room-apartments on one floor and 2 two-room-apartments on two floors, all with heating and air conditioning (in the livingroom and in the bedroom) and all with outdoor space furnished with dining table and chairs.
The flats on the ground floor offer a beautiful portico with pool view, the apartments on the upper floor have balconies or terraces with lakeview. The two-room apartments have a parking space in the garage, the one-room apartments and the one-room-apartment with sleeping gallery have an outdoor parking space. All flats have new and modern furnitures and offer comfort like Wi-fi, TV, dishwasher, etc. Each flat has a fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom with shower and bidet. Bed linen, bath towels and 1 pool towel per person are available.
For safety reasons the Residence can only accommodate children over the age of 8; children under the age of 8 are therefore not permitted.

Swimmingpool
The common garden offers a beautiful 10 X 4 m swimming pool heated only with solarpanels (seasonal opening depending on weather and temperatures, approx. from 1.5.2024 to 30.9.2024) and is equipped with several sun umbrellas and sun loungers.
The residence is only 4 km away from the beautiful beach of Cannero Riviera, but on days when you prefer to stay in the tranquillity of the house the beautiful swimming pool offers instant refreshing relax.

The Residence Conca Verde in Trarego Viggiona (Lago Maggiore) is situated in a sunny and quiet position, a few minutes before the village of Viggiona, where there are 2 restaurants, about 2 km from the village of Trarego, where a small grocery corner shop is located and about 4 km from Cannero Riviera with its beautiful beach, grocery shop and lakeside promenade with restaurants and cafes.The wonderwood adventure park at Monte Carza, which is fun for children and adults, is about 15 minutes away by car.
