The apartment Luna is a one-room-apartment with sleeping gallery and consists of: living room with kitchen area, TV and small terrace, bathroom with shower on the first floor, sleeping gallery, lake view, private parking space (outside).
The apartment is very bright and offers a beautiful lakeview from the livingroom, from the sleeping area and from the terrace.
The apartment Luna lies on the upper floor (entrance first staircase on the left) of the Residence Conca Verde in Trarego Viggiona, a completly new high quality construction with pool.
The large window offers a beautiful lake view from the living and sleeping areas and the private terrace of the apartment, furnished with table, 2 chairs and 2 deckchairs, together with the common garden with the beautiful swimming pool invite to relax outdoors.
The apartment is air-conditioned.
The private parking space is the last in the first outside parking area after the residence.
The Residence Conca Verde consists of 7 apartments and for safety reasons can only accommodate children over the age of 8; children under the age of 8 are therefore not permitted. Pets are not allowed.
The residence is situated in a sunny and quiet position, a few minutes before the village of Viggiona, where there are 2 restaurants and about 4 km from Cannero Riviera with its beautiful beach.
