The apartment Nuvola is a one-room-apartment on the upper floor and consists of: living room with kitchen area, double bed, TV and large balcony, bathroom with shower, lake view, private parking space (outside).
The apartment is very bright and offers a beautiful lake view from inside and from the balcony, which invites you to relax outdoors.
The apartment Nuvola lies on the upper floor, over the portico (entrance by staircase on the right, apartment on the left side) of the Residence Conca Verde in Trarego Viggiona, a completly new high quality construction with pool.
The apartment has a large window that allows to enjoy a beautiful lake view both from the bed area and from the living area and the balcony of the apartment funished wit table, 2 chairs and 2 deckchairs, together with the common garden with the beautiful swimming pool invite to relax outdoors.
The apartment is air-conditioned.
The private parking space is the third in the first outside parking area after the residence.
The Residence Conca Verde consists of 7 apartments and for safety reasons can only accommodate children over the age of 8; children under the age of 8 are therefore not permitted. Pets are not allowed.
The residence is situated in a sunny and quiet position, a few minutes before the village of Viggiona, where there are 2 restaurants and about 4 km from Cannero Riviera with its beautiful beach.
